Reception
We offer a spacious reception area with comfortable seating and a large front window that frames a view of the mountains, creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere for you and your pet. Our seating is arranged to provide ample space and privacy, and natural light from the window helps reduce stress while you wait. Complimentary water and reading materials are available, and our friendly staff are on hand to assist with check‑in and any questions.
Exam Rooms
We offer four indoor treatment rooms and one outdoor room for pets who feel more comfortable outside. Each room features its own décor that honors both Eastern and Western medicine, creating a calm, balanced environment for every patient.

Surgical Suite
Our surgical suite is equipped with well-maintained, routinely serviced anesthetic machines and monitors, plus warm-water heating pads to keep your pet comfortable and properly warmed throughout the procedure, with experienced staff closely monitoring vital signs and recovery.
Treatment Room
This room is the heart of the hospital. Our treatment area includes two exam tables, a surgical prep table and a dedicated wet table for dental care. Each veterinary nurse has a computer workstation to document treatments and monitor patients. A range of small, medium and large kennels, stocked with warm blankets, keeps pets comfortable and close by so we can observe them continuously and respond quickly to their needs.
Radiology
We are equipped with digital radiology. This allows for fast results when radiographs are recommended for your pet.
Dentistry
Your pet’s oral health is very important. Our dental suite is fully equipped with professional dental instruments and digital radiography to ensure thorough diagnosis and treatment. All dental procedures are performed exclusively by Registered Veterinary Technicians who have specialized training in veterinary dental care. During procedures we continuously monitor your pet’s vital signs and provide active warming with heating pads to maintain comfort and safety throughout anesthesia.
